Each box is assembled and finished by hand in Tucson, Arizona. Packaging is designed to open slowly, on purpose — linen ribbon, tissue, and materials chosen to feel as considered as what's inside.

Orders are packed and shipped within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery arrives in 2–3 business days. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, email us at mkh@heartsoulful.com immediately after placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes. We ship to all 50 states. International shipping is not currently available.

Yes. Enter their address at checkout. If you've included a personal note, it will be placed inside. No pricing or invoice is included in the box.

Because our boxes are curated and assembled by hand, we are unable to accept returns on opened orders. If a clothing item arrives in the wrong size, we're happy to exchange it. Please contact us at mkh@heartsoulful.com within 10 days of delivery to arrange your exchange.
