Heart Soulful Refund Policy
Each Heart Soulful gift box is curated and prepared with care. Because of the personal nature of our products, we ask that you review the details below before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the curated nature of our products (candles, bath and body items), we are not able to accept returns on used products. Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 10 days of delivery for store credit, minus original shipping costs. Contact us before sending anything back.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at mkh@heartsoulful.com.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please review your order carefully before checkout, including shipping address and any personalization details. We are a small business so we want to make things correct from the start.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that have not yet entered fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Gift Recipients
If you received a Heart Soulful gift box and there's an issue with an item inside, please have the original purchaser contact us, or reach out directly with the order details if you have them. If you received a sized item that is not the correct fit we will exchange for the proper size as long as the tags are on and item is not used.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
