Our Neck Wraps will arrive in gorgeous boxes with windows that allow the customers to feel the soft cotton flannel and smell the lavender while still protecting the product. The back of the box contains information and instructions as well as an illustration of the product in use. Each gift is curated and packed by hand in Tucson, Arizona. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to ship.

Shipping Rates and Delivery
We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, choosing the best carrier for each order. Standard shipping is $12.95 and typically arrives in 4–7 business days from the time you order.

Complimentary Shipping
Orders of $100 or more ship free within the United States.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 states. International shipping is not currently available.

Lost or Delayed Packages
While we carefully package every order, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our hands. If your tracking shows a significant delay or your package appears lost, contact us and we’ll help you look into it.
